The hotel looks quite nice (building, swimming pool). The location is ok, although not very central - you will enjoy quiet nights.

Unfortunately, the staff does not speak English, what makes communication difficult. The shower is cold most of the time, even though it is supposed to be hot..

The hotel is brand new. Perfect location, quiet at night and enough close to the center.

Bathroom is not the best but for backpacking is ok. No fridge in the room.

I thought it was over priced and the photos made it look much nicer than it actually was! I was very itchy after lying on my bed for 5mins and was bitten to death on the first night which I can only presume was some sort of bed bug as no mosquitoes in the room. Breakfast was very disappointing - choice of not very tasty fried rice or a bizarre omelet. - tiny portion and tasted disgusting. No offer of bread / fruit or cereal. I definitely would not stay here again esp for the price there are much nicer places on offer at this price.

Good airconditioning, free wifi in public area, cable tv which have plenty channels in English, big toilet, walk 600-800mm to Kuta beach and good price.

Breakfast is quite small portion and flood when showering due to drain grill on the top of floor slope in toilet.

Location was good, hotel staff were friendly, tv with many international channels.

Bathroom was terrible, sheets were not clean (we used our own), way too expensive for the price (!!! We paid much less in other places for better accomodation).

I like the hotel staffs, they are friendly and respectful as typical Balinese. Bagus Hotel is in strategic location and easy to move around and is quiet place at night time. They have the pretty and convenient swimming pool. The room is comfortable and is according to its fees. As the conclusion comment, I like Bagus Hayden Hotel.

They have to put room facilities such as refrigerator and internet connection in each room. Room and bathroom ventilators need to be repaired. If possible, the should have their own restaurant.

1. Bad quality door (shaky!!); 2. Very loud in the early-early (6-7Am!!!) morning because of guests; 3. small breakfast :(
